The presentation will equip practicing attorneys, accountants and appraisers with background and advice as they prepare returns that could be audited or who need assistance when a return is audited. This course is taught from the point of view of a veteran insider and manager within the IRS who has reviewed hundreds of cases personally and who has overseen the review of thousands of cases for more than 25 years, and who has subsequently reviewed scores of reports over the past three years as an outside consultant.
